The unique structure, the special feel, the durability - leather (just like wool felt) is a very popular material for home accessories. The properties of leather are also perfect for our placemats. It would be brilliant if we could produce a material for our placemats that has all the great properties of leather but is not of animal origin! We started with this vision 2 years ago and actually found what we were looking for: LAV (Leather Alternative Vegan) is a vegan material that looks and feels like nappa leather and is particularly easy to care for.
LAV placemats are available in two shapes for square, round and oval tables and as round glass coasters in thirteen colours ranging from modern, e.g. blue metallic, to bright orange and elegant metallic.

Vegan leather is a leather-like material that is not of animal origin. Our leather alternative vegan (LAV) is made of polyurethane (PU).
Our leather alternative vegan (LAV) placemats are also ideal for children. LAV placemats are available in bright colours, are particularly hard-wearing and easy to wash. The perfect accessory for the family table!
