Delivery is currently carried out by DHL PAKET.

The amount to be paid by the customer is stated in the order confirmation as the total price broken down by price (including all associated price components), delivery and shipping costs - if relevant - and taxes. Shipments to customers outside the European Union may be subject to additional duties, taxes or fees. These are to be paid by the customer to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. daff does not assume responsibility for customs clearance or duties and taxes. The customer may therefore incur further costs in addition to the total price stated in the order. The customer is advised to enquire about the details with the customs or tax authorities before placing the order.
The purchase price is paid via Paypal - here you will be automatically forwarded to the Paypal page - the goods will be dispatched immediately after the amount has been credited to our account.
Note for customer returns: Unfortunately, it can happen that returns are lost in the post. Please understand that we cannot make refunds if it is not possible to trace whether and to whom you have returned the goods. We therefore recommend that you choose a shipping method that allows you to track the shipment (e.g. DHL parcel, registered post, Hermes parcel, etc.).
